I created this project to capture the rhythm and essence of city life through an animated video that intertwines visual storytelling and poetic narration. The video opens with the phrase 'In this city,' drawing viewers into a vibrant urban world. As the narrative unfolds, subtle visual effects—like clocks ticking, shadows shifting, and petals dancing—convey the fleeting yet profound moments that define our daily experiences.
Split-screen visuals and contrasting scenes, like a kite soaring above the city versus a rapid train, the serene steam of morning coffee alongside the calm wag of a cat’s tail. Each frame is paired with poetic text, reflecting on life’s tranquility, familial bonds, and untold stories waiting to unfold.
The project culminates with rotating photos and the words, 'With the city as our guide, life's poetry is untied,' inviting viewers to see their own lives as part of this urban tapestry.
The color scheme is vibrant and reflective of the unique atmospheres of each city. It emphasizes the contrast between the two locations, with one side possibly featuring warm, earthy tones and the other having cooler, urban hues.

This process improved both my ability to transform ideas into polished motion graphics and my overall technical skills.
